Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Attorney Maria E. Hall is familiar with the unique cultural landscape and special legal issues that arise from living and doing business in a culturally diverse and international city like LA.
In 2005, Ms. Hall opened her own law practice focusing on civil rights, environmental justice, and representing tenants suing slumlords. Since then, she has teamed up with other lawyers, branching out to the areas of real estate, business litigation and transactions, in addition to continuing her work representing civil rights plaintiffs.
Maria is the recipient of numerous awards, including the USC Miller-Johnson Equal Justice Prize; Scholarships from the Foundation of the State Bar of California; the State Bar Environmental Law Section, and the Mexican-American Bar Foundation, just to name a few.
Her passion is helping others avoid conflict with preparation when possible, and guiding them through the challenging times when legal action cannot be avoided.
We are proud and honored to call her an active member of our community, both in the bigger world and at the NLBWA-LA. For now, we invite you to learn more about Maria and her law firm by clicking here.
