Our organization was created and launched in July of 2003 to meet the needs of the growing ranks of Latina Entrepreneurs, Executives and Professionals from the Greater Los Angeles area.

Our Mission is to encourage Latinas to develop their business and professional skills and to meet their career goals through education, business referrals and networking.

Her motto is: Empowering Entrepreneurs to Empower Themselves! Through her personal brand “Michele Ruiz ~ My Life as a Latina Entrepreneur” focused on educating, inspiring and empowering entrepreneurs. Michele shares her experiences as a woman entrepreneur with her thousands of followers by blogging, vlogging, content messaging and public speaking. She also represents Fortune 1000 companies as a brand ambassador wanting to harness the power of her influence.
